1. Rental Requirements

In order to rent a vehicle from UrbanCycle, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• Provide a valid credit card for payment

2. Reservation and Payment

To reserve a vehicle, please contact us via email at welcome@urbancyclehot.com or by phone at +65 6730 3395. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Payment can be made using cash, credit card, or debit card. All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Pick-Up and Return

Our vehicles can be picked up and returned at our office located at 581 Orchard Road voco, Level 24 Orchard, Singapore 238883. Please return the vehicle at the agreed upon time to avoid any additional charges.

5. Vehicle Damage and Insurance

Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter. We offer insurance options for an additional fee to cover any damages to the vehicle.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using our vehicles:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Reckless driving
• Using the vehicle for illegal activities
• Transporting more passengers than the designated seating capacity

7. Liability

UrbanCycle is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using our vehicles. Renters are responsible for their own safety and must follow all traffic laws and regulations.
